The certified training I received set me up with the technical & analytical skills necessary to break down the steps for someone who has never hula hooped before & my continued training & exploration helps me to keep even an experienced hooper feeling challenged.

My hoop journey brought me from post-injury & mild-depression to feeling fit and fab again. I began to listen to the hoop and say 'yes' to all sorts of hooping events, including having had participated with hoop groups in multiple Dance Parades in NYC.
