Lessons begin with a warm up and proceeds to basic waist-hooping using different stances and directions. Then depending on client's skill level we'll progress to moving the hoops around our bodies & explore off-body hooping and then we'll expand our hooperizons as we work on learning how to isolate the hoop and move onto different plains, we'll work on 1 & 2 beat weaves, then we'll introduce 2 hoops and play with threading the needle. This is a great upper body workout and you won't even know it because the hoop does that.
Open to all levels. Hoops provided or bring your own.
