Lessons begin with a warm up and proceeds to basic waist-hooping using different stances and directions. Then depending on client's skill level we'll progress to moving the hoops around our bodies & explore off-body hooping and then we'll expand our hooperizons as we work on transitioning the hoop between on body and off body moves and stringing them together to create and find flow.
Open to all levels, prerequisite: sustained waist hooping. Hoops provided or bring your own.
