Service Description

Lessons begin with a warm up and proceeds to basic waist-hooping using different stances and directions. Then depending on client's skill level we'll progress to moving the hoops around our bodies & explore off-body hooping and then we'll expand our hooperizons as we work on hooping around hips, thighs & chest to name a few. We end with some soft stretching. You will have burned calories and toned muscle, but the fun created by the hoop makes you forget we were exercising. Open to all levels. Hoops provided or bring your own.
